Otter+Pop Symmetry case doesn't fit iPhone 12 mini

Unfortunately this case does not fit my iPhone 12 mini. The opening for the cameras is not large enough to go completely around the cameras and instead covers up the bottom right-hand corner. I have tried this with two cases now, and neither one has the camera opening that is large enough, so they're going back.

I have the violet dusk version of this case and have had the same issue with both the original I was sent and the warranty replacement. Within 4 months of use the buttons on the side of the case harden making them very hard to press and the case cracked between the camera hole and pop socket attachment. Seems to be a manufacturing issue with this case, not sure if it is all models or just the color I got.
Gave it 3 stars due to the fact it is still working to protect my phone from falls, I like that the recessed pop socket helps the case fit better in my pockets, and the company is still good. I’ve been using otter box cases for over a decade and besides this case, all have outlasted my phone with zero issues. I’m very sad this one isn’t cutting it.

Case does not fit around back camera lenses so the phone does not fit properly in the case. Waste of money

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I’ve always trusted Otterbox products ever since my first iPhone. I also love Popsockets and this case makes them easier to use. I don’t worry too much about dropping my phone anymore but if I do I know it will be protected.

I was looking for a pop up on a otter box that was cute but I also got the new iPhone 13 mini which I was told was pretty much the same size as the 12 so I bought it and it worked. It was kinda hard to get on but other than that works great. I haven’t dropped my phone yet but I’ve never had a problem

Great case, but i thought is was mag compatible and it isnt so i had to return it otherwise great case and the pop easlir removes to change
