I've been buying solely Otterbox phone and iPad cases for about 7 years. I just bought my daughter an iPhone 13 mini case on December 18, and it doesn't fit properly. The screen is not protected because the sides are too shallow, the case doesn't align with the phone buttons, and the camera case cutout is too close to the camera lens (almost covers it). I'm not sure if I should get a replacement or if it is a design flaw.) I'm returning it.

doesn't fit correctly

I am having the exact same issue as another customer - the corners constantly pop out, and I don't realize until I'm trying to press the lock/unlock or volume buttons and it doesn't work! I have the 12 mini. Very disappointing! I didn't have this issue with my last Otterbox case.
