I have a clear sparkle case over my baby blue phone and this pop socket was the perfect little touch my phone needed. The design at the base is raised and the cap is smooth. Both of the prints seem to be scratch resistant and will last a long time.

This popsocket is functional and beautiful! However, the surface material scratches very easily. I've been using it for a couple weeks and there's already a lot of tiny surface scratches from setting it down or putting it in my pocket.

Steps for Removing a PopSockets MagSafe PopGrip Collapse the grip: If the PopGrip is expanded, push it down to its collapsed position to make it easier to remove. Find a thin, flat tool: Use a credit card, a thin piece of plastic, or dental floss. Gently wedge the tool: Carefully slide the tool under the magnetic ring to create a small gap between the ring and the phone or case. Pry and peel: Once you have a small gap, gently slide the tool around the edge of the magnetic ring to help break the magnetic seal. Lift off: The PopGrip should then lift off the device, separating the magnetic ring from the phone's MagSafe magnets. ~Joe M
