This door bell works with already installed doorbells. It was easy to set up and get the app started. It sends me notifications when someone is at my door or passing by. I have noticed sometimes however is lags or misses a passing car. Overall works well.

I waited so long to get a Ring doorbell and I regret not getting one sooner. It is the best thing ever! I can see when items are delivered, when someone is walking up to my door - day or night. I have the wired version because I didn’t want to have two doorbells next to my door. I had someone install it because I was nervous, but the job was done in about 5-minutes. It looks so nice next to my door, much better than the 25-year old doorbell that was there. I love that I can go back and check history too! If you’re considering buying a Ring video doorbell - wired, do it, you won’t regret it!

Security? Check. Fun videos? Check. Have you ever had a red fox walk across your front porch? I have, & I can prove it because my Ring Wired Video Doorbell recorded her walking across it one evening. It's such a cool video that I've kept it. I've also recorded people who've come by to sell me products. It's so convenient to respond to them when they ring my doorbell to let them know I'm not interested so they can move on to the next house. I love that I can customize the message people receive when they press the doorbell; my favorite messages are those that are pre-recorded for certain holidays. So fun!

This is our second Ring doorbell and we love it. My wife works from home and I'm away often, so it gives us peace of mind and lets us talk through it when needed. Setup was quick and easy. This model is smaller than our last one and looks better with the sleek design. Motion alerts are accurate right at our sidewalk, and the video quality is clear even at night. Great upgrade overall.

Greatest invention! We truly love the simplicity and precision of the cameras. Country living has its limits when delivers or visitors show up. Now we can speak through the clear video real time. Setup is easy. Only downside for me is the lack of actual doorbell notifications and sounds.

Easy to install and set up. Detects any motion outside my door and notifies me which I love. I'm able to speak through the doorbell and i can hear clearly what is being said. Video quality is great in the app and it's so easy to use.

Not taking every event like pets etc, there's some missing events.

Easy to install anyone can do it! Overall I love my ring doorbell but sometimes it doesn't detect when there is a person at the door. The video quality is great during the day but not at night because we have a beam that reflects the light. I wish ring had a better security system setup but this does the job

Good Video Doorbell But Breaking Sometimes

A high quality video doorbell with an exclusively convenient app. The video and 2 way sound quality are good. However, it does breaking my video when performing 2 way call sometimes. The motion detection function is great. The app is awesome. You can connect with others around to receive news, ask for lost package, ect. A way to connect with your neighbor. What I don't like from the app is that it has so many bugs and freeze so many times when accessing the neighbor section. The doorbell video works fine. Could be improved for better experience.
