Plenty good about these headphones. They sound great and noise canceling works great AT FIRST They charge fast and hold a good battery. One of the earbud sets seemed to fit perfectly for me, other ones would never stay in. The biggest issue i ran into was the amount of warranties I had to use because they are not actually waterproof. When I was looking for headphones the most important aspect was them being able to handle sweat and water no problem. These were advertised as just the solution I needed. They worked great until my first intensive workout and they continued to degrade from there(sound quality got bad, low or no volume issues, scratching, noise canceling no longer working, etc) after 3 warranties and the same issue repeated each time. I will not be going back to the galaxy buds 2 pros ever again and would not recommend them to people looking for water/sweat proof/resistant earbuds. As a galaxy brand lover it does hurt to turn people away but this product is not what is advertised

As stated above, not a good value. The right ear buds speaker crackles, whistles, and whines despite being on a lower volume. The speaker must have blown. Price paid far exceeds the value and quality of the product. I would return but cannot find receipt.

I have the Galaxy pro ear buds 3. I choose to get the Galaxy pro ear buds 2 because they stay in my ears, and don't fall out

Tight fit in ear, even with the smaller cushion tips. Inner ear soar and hurts when wearing the buds. Noise Canceling isnt strong. Outside noise leaks through. Soud quality is good. Overall, not worth the $249.00 price tag.

Great sound, weak battery

Noise cancelling is solid, as is sound. I use these at night to drown husband snoring and hear brown noise. The battery konks out and the charge is slow. It's annoying. Expensive for performance, but I like the design and they dont look embarrassing to wear.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am just learning how to use ear buds. I have used bone conduction headsets for several years. The ear buds are very comfortable, wear well, and the audio is very good. I love the noise cancelation feature is really nice.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Only thing I would change is that they are clearly designed to always be wearing both. Almost universally I use one at a time. It would be an improvement to be able to customize the touch controls to work for single use if preferred- example- setting long tap to be volume up or down on either side instead of only being up or down depending on which side. As far as critiques go it's really minor and I actually love these. No issues in almost 3 years.
