Defective left Bud

Buds fall out my ears, constantly have to adjust them. The left Bud has less bass/high pitch than the right bud. I have tried adjusting settings and nothing works, even when I press the left Bud into my ear it still sounds high pitch with no bass. Product looks premium, but in reality the functionality is not suitable.

I've tried to updating the software and troubleshooting but nothing has made it stop.

After changing ear tips 1 big 1 medium using the test on phone I now have a perfect fit. My buds 3 I used maybe 3 times all year, these I'm using daily because of fit and superior sound quality. I should have payed more attention to the buds 3. Don't hesitate buying these buds Samsung has good packages when buying and they are well worth it.

The Galaxy Buds4 are a revelation. The open-fit design is so natural and comfortable that I truly forget I’m wearing them; I can keep them in for my entire shift without a single moment of discomfort. The Adaptive ANC is brilliant. It intelligently switches between noise cancellation and ambient sound, which is vital for my job. I can stay focused on my podcasts, but the moment a coworker speaks or a patient’s name is called, the Galaxy AI detects the sound and adjusts perfectly so I never miss a beat. The most "alien" and impressive feature has to be the Live Translate and Interpreter modes. Using them to understand different languages in real-time feels like living in the future.
