It's compatible with both USB PD and Adaptive Fast Charging travel adapters for an easy charge. The built-in cooling system with a fan that keeps your device cool so that it charges more efficiently. The LED light intuitively tells you the charging status of your device: red for charging, flashing red for charging error, and green for fully charged. And, you can dim the lights to not disturb you while you sleep.

This product comes with the wireless charger and a 3ft cable, but no wall adapter to actually power it. It requires an input of 9V 2.77A. I have several samsung travel adapters, all of which produce less power than is needed. So you'll have to try to find the right adapter (sold separately). Not even an easy link to find the right adapter. Nothing about how this is sold makes sense.

I have Galaxy S22ultra. I used the plug that came with it and tried different plug in level areas. This is worthless. I believe you know it, too. I want my money back without a restocking fee. You knew this was an awful product when you sold it. The Yellow lights flash and it will not charge anything. How do I send this back to you? And receive my money back???

I haven't been able to get it to work properly. It keeps flashing yellow and doesn't charge my phone. I'm going to research to see if I've done something wrong but I don't think so. The fact that it didn't work properly right out of the box is enough for me to give it a 1 star.

Your Super-Fast Wireless Charger has indicator lights that alerts you to the wireless charger’s status. Red/Green/Orange - When connected to a power outlet, Red - When charging, Green - When fully charged, Flashing Red - When not charging properly due to a general error, Flashing Orange - When not charging properly due to a not approved charger, Off - When the mobile device, Galaxy Buds or the Watch is removed from the wireless charger or when the wireless charger is not connected to a power outlet. * If the indicator light does not work as described, disconnect the charger from the wireless charger and reconnect it. * The indicator light may work differently depending on the mobile device, wireless charging cover, Galaxy Buds, or the Watch. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance and/or troubleshooting your device. Not worth the month

it was not fast let alone super fast. phone was at 20% and it was going to take 3 hours to charge. That's not fast. The old wall charger (which is a fast charger) only took 45 minutes to charge.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Most Galaxy phones and tablets can use the fast-charging technology in Samsung chargers, and most phones support Fast wireless charging when you really need your device to be up and running again. When you plug your device into a Samsung Fast Charger, your phone will automatically turn on the Fast cable charging feature. This feature should be on by default, but you can also turn it on manually. Super-fast charging is only available on select device, and you will need to use a 25W or 45W Samsung-approved adapter. NOT SUPER FAST!

Please Google your phones fast charging capabilities. I have an S22, this is merely fast charging at best. This is a 15W charger, you don't reach superfast capabilities until you hit 20W and above for a charger. This is still faster than most wireless chargers I'm sure, but if you look up 20W or higher for chargers, you'll be happier.
