The Verizon associate sent me a flash drive that did not work on my device, in fact it was out dated.

This product is meant for iPhone & iPad, but the compatibility is not good. When I first purchased it a few months ago it sort of worked -- that is it did allow saving of files & use of the saved files. However, for some file types like Numbers spreadsheets every time I opened a file it created a new copy. If I opened it 8 times, there would be 8 copies saved on the drive.
Now it's completely useless. After recent Apple software upgrades there hasn't been a corresponding upgrade for the Sandisk software. The result is that the drive considers the software as incompatible and no longer allows me to save files from any of the upgraded apps. It will still open an old file as a 'copy' but won't allow updates to older files to be saved or accept any new files from the upgraded apps.
What a waste of money this was!
