I bought these thinking they would last 12 hours on a single charge like it says in the description. After getting them and fully charging them they only lasted five hours. I have been on the phone with customer service about returning them. I am having such a hard time getting a return label it’s not even funny. After spending three hours total with customer service I still have not gotten a return label. This is such poor customer service.

Honest review these headphones are for sure wor t h every penny theres an app that comes with it that adjusts to your hearing and preferences equalizer and everything noise reduction is amazing and for the price the bass is real nice with these they dont distort when on loudest setting I absolutely love these I actually have 2 pairs of them never had an issue with them once I have heavy earwax production and also sweat alot that dknt matter with these headphones ive tested them fully n they haven't let me down yet if you have been deciding whether or not to get these do it you wont be let down at allthere worth every single penny you spend money on these n I dont write fake reviews just real ones from experience enjoy your new headphones when you order them I know you will oh and one other thing you can do phone calls really easily and well with these they can hear you n you can hear them while in noise reduction as well these check every box for sure!!

Sound is great. Bass is great. The problem I have is while doing cardio I have to continuously adjust them to stay in place. Seem to move around while I am doing cardio.

I have tried SO MANY different brands and styles of Bluetooth earbuds through the years and these are the ONLY ones that actually stay in my ears comfortably. Full disclosure, my ears are really small and have some slightly “abnormal” features, lol. Sorry not sure how to describe but basically absolutely no ears buds will stay in my ears unless I sit perfectly still, if I even turn my head they fall out. And no it’s not because of the size of the tips. Sure I could shove the smallest size tips deep into my ears unless canal, but that hurts, A LOT. Most ear buds, for example AirPods, depends on both the ear tip size as well as the way they sit in your ear (the piece that sits in that small space right above your ear lobe…) in order to stay in place. Well my ears don’t have that small space to help hold them in place. Anyways. I’ve tried other ear hook types, but they’ve all hurt my ears after about an hour of wear. I am not an expert on headphone designs but I can say for certain that these are perfection for me. It took me 2 min to fit them comfortably in my ears, I can wear them for so long i actually forget I even have them on if I’m not listening to music. The sound is amazing (granted I’m not an audiophile who cares about or notices small details in sound quality), battery life is amazing, I love the case, small but not so small I could lose them and although I’ve read some reviews complaining about having difficulty figuring out how to put them in the charger correctly, I honestly cannot understand how that is possible, they are magnetized so just put them near and they just snap into place… I have absolutely no complaints and I LOVE the app!

Definitely the best workout bud based on price, sound, functionality.
I did notice a small thing with the ANC though. It makes a small hiss when its set to high ANC but when set to moderate, it doesn’t hiss and feels quieter. Idk if this can be fixed because i really like my ANC on at all times.
Overall, definitely recommend and look forward to newer models in the future!
