I can't comment on magsafe since I don't use it. The case fits the phone tightly in a good way, the sides barely flex at all. It's also more than thick enough to survive high drops without it being overly bulky. Best part though is the grip, it will definitely not slip from your hands even if you have sweaty palms like I do. This is my first Speck phone case and definitely won't be the last! Solid product if you're looking for a grippy case.

While the MagSafe hold is good enough, the device will not charge through MagSafe after a few seconds. The phone charges just fine with MagSafe when the case is removed.
