I love my iPhone 15 pro max

I upgraded to the 15 Pro Max from an 11 Pro Max and in all honesty, I don't see all that much in the way of improvement from my previous phone. The battery life may be slightly better but not significantly. There is an ongoing problem with the phone freezing up and you have to press one of the side buttons to clear it. I hope a fix for this is forthcoming because it happens all too often and is extremely annoying! I've learned to live with the phone but I'm disappointed that there isn't a more noticeable improvement from previous versions.

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

The worst iPhone I ever owned

This ipone is everything horrible other reviews claim it is. It freezes up non stop, overheats while charging. I’m not at all impressed with the camera it’s no better that my 13 which was already no better than my 12. I can’t get a signal anywhere. Verizon confirms they see this too. Last time they said it was apples fault and I should call them. Who really knows? It’s the blame game. Skip this model and just wait for a better one or keep what you have at least it works !

Phone seems like a refurbished phone, I still can’t set up my online account, my phone number is still not recognized by Verizon. There’s nowhere to find the $200 gift card for rebate…I sincerely regretted transferring to Verizon.

From day one it had charging issues only a few months old wont charge only wirelessly now. Bought apple approved 20W belkin charger and cord for like $50-$60. Going to have to take it back. Luckily got the best protection plan but this is a VERY COMMON ISSUE

All of these companies are going cheap but charging more. Why charge the charging method without giving a consumer a way to charge it besides a charging cable that you can’t use on your old iPhone 13 cube? Sent it back and won’t upgrade until my iPhone 13 no longer works!

My iPhone 15 Pro Max was not my first iPhone. It was my first iPhone failure! The phone failed to connect with my existing cell phone number. After several hours and many attempts, I finally gave up. Verizon support people on-line chat and one in person were fantastic. Even though we never figured out why it failed I complement Verizon people for giving me the complete support. I will wait until the iPhone 16 Pro Max becomes available to upgrade.
