I have a Pixel 9 Pro XL - putting this review here so people know what kind of phones Google is producing. Worst. Phone. Ever. I hate iPhones, and I wanted something different than a Samsung because I thought the battery life was going to crap on those. Instead I'm the one that got crapped on. The voice dictation on this thing is worse than my old Samsung flip phone that was pre-smartphone. After 2 years it still screws up every single time I try to voice-dictate a message. It still hasn't learned how I speak. The words it puts instead of what I'm saying aren't even close. I chucked it in my car last night because I was so frustrated, which is a constant occurrence. (I have been voice-dictating this review and constantly having to fix errors.) The screen is not responsive and often goes in a completely different direction when I'm moving my finger. Apps constantly close instead of going back when I hit the back button. Unlocking the phone will often automatically open the black search screen even though I didn't hit anything to open that. Fingerprint is wonky. And best of all, I have $6k+ hearing aids and this phone doesn't work right with them. The camera was supposed to be the best on the market, but honestly, it's not even that great. I would say stay away from this phone but the 10 is on the market so honestly few people probably see this review. Shame.

Don’t waste your money! Only had it for 10 months when the screen started to glitch out and went completely white and pixelated. Verizon wouldn’t replace it, Google was absolutely no help with their own product, and Asurion wouldn’t even touch it to replace it under my mobile device protection plan. Ending up having to buy it out of the payment plan (not cheap!) and replace it since no one would help me. Very disappointing.

For being a flagship phone, the pixel 10 XL falls short of its competitors. The camera is lacking features and sensors, the screen is not as bright or as sharp as competitors, and the quality of life features are woefully inadequate. For instance, while you can view two apps at once, the resizing feature doesn't work well and you can't flip top and bottom apps. If you're trying to open an app in split screen view but it's open in a bubble like YouTube or maps, it just doesn't work at all. You have to close the app or full screen at first and then use split window. It's not just that, all sorts of customization options are lacking what you would expect to find on an Android device. And with the price tag of $1,000 or more, there's no reason to not go with a similarly priced competitor. Oh and the battery life is worse than Samsung models from 3 years ago and it also takes longer to charge. Overall, I'm disappointed with this phone.

Its good ... Similar to my old one. Staff at Forest Hills Queens NY were HORRIBLE. I'm sorry to say that but they were clueless. They messed up the entire transfer of data. They blamed my aol and gmail apps, ridiculous. I didn't have a phone for a day as they disconnected my original. My wife took both phones and did all the fixing and linking of all accounts.

I'm still learning the ends and outs of this phone so far overall it's very easy. I have noticed that the picture quality has gotten better and the editing of removing people is much better. The AI-generated is in bed into this phone. So if you are not ready for AI this is not the phone for you.

All aspects of Pixel 10 pro xl exceed expectations except the Verizon activation procedures. There is no warning to activate only with strong mobile signal during Verizon business hours. I was left without mobile phone access overnight because Tech Coach was not available when activation failed. After finally reaching Tech Coach, more time was spent selling Assurian protection than activating mobile account. Also logging into My Verizon account failed and failed again after using SECRET questions, providing no other secret questions or other means to verify account. VERY FRUSTRATING
