Stop with forcing the preloaded game apps. It's a PITA that you force us to go and find these and delete them all. I'm sure its cuz Verizon makes a ton of cash but that's pathetic. Knock it off. But I'm sure I'll continue to see them snuck onto my phone in the future as well. Stop!

My husband has had this phone for a few years and it does not work properly. There are issues with connectivity and tracking (he uses this to calculate his steps).

I had to buy this phone because you sent a broken one to replace my other phone that was broken! Then Rhonda in customer service said you would waive the 50.00 replacement fee because of the length of time we had been with you! You did not! So to return a broken phone cost approximately $235.00plus the new monthly charge for the phone! Not happy with you all after more than 20 years!!!!!

I chose samsung since I have a samsung tv that their phones easily connect to. Within 4 months of owning the phone it began overheating, freezing the screen (while still paying audio), then the screen would go black. In the background the OS was still working (notifications and vibrations), but it would not let you restart the phone until after about 10 minutes. I contacted Samsung since it should still be under warranty and they claimed it was out of warranty because of surface scratching and I would need to pay for repairs. This was the culmination of it not closing apps, glitchy audio and updates that restart in the middle of the day not during the designated time set on the phone.

When first booting it up, it was lagging really badly. Did bare minimum for set up then factory reset and it still doesn’t work properly. Bought new straight from Verizon website. Do not recommend.

Does this phone support travelpass? my current expensive one(Samsung Galaxy s23 FE) bought from a Verizon store does not.
