Probably one of the worst phones I have ever owned. Phone/Voicemail issues. Missed called, some calls go to network voicemail and some get recorded as an audio file and kept on the phone. Voicemail to text only work if not connected to network. Tried to resolve issues with Comcast and Samsung. neither were helpful and blamed the other.

I just bought the s26 and I've never had so much problems with a phone. To give you an example, I can't plug in my phone to my computer. Throughout my whole history of me having smartphones and computers, I've never never ever had a problem plugging in a phone to a computer, until this highly advanced phone, so advance that you can't plug it into the computer. And I spend already over 2 hours trying to get it to be able to plug it in, and I still cannot plug it in. So I cannot do my day today tasks. Another thing that in the bottom of the phone, there is this three buttons, going back, middle, and the three lines. And a lot of apps those buttons will be with a dark background and it will be on other buttons within the app. So sometimes I want to go back and I will press on something on the app and sometimes I want to press something on the app and it will go back. Or other problems. "And there's no way to change it" So my suggestion don't buy this phone.

The processor is very responsive and smooth to the touch. Plus the phone is very light in weight. The S26 is a major jump in technology compared to my other phone which was a Samsung . That phone was a A15 it felt like you were holding a brick in your hand. The two phones are light-years apart. The only thing that I am not pleased with and part of the reason the S26 is a smaller phone so it has a smaller battery. Amount of time on a charge is less than the old phone and that is my only thing I am not pleased about the S26. Other than that I love the the S26.
