If you want a phone that will have screen problems before you pay it off, this is the device to go for. If you want a company with terrible support who offer you no help, Samsung is the brand for you. The Samsung fold was a tremendous waste of money. Will not be buying another Samsung product.

Stay far far away from the folds. I got this had it three days and it got the line down the center in the inner screen wouldn't work. They gave me a replacement. Had it 8 months same thing big black line down the center inner screen won't work. 2 months later same thing. One year three times this has happened. Verizon support is horrible. Horrible horrible horrible. I had to spend five hours to get the phone repaired. I wish I would have never got this phone.

The idea is really cool. The phone worked great for 8 months. Then a black dot appeared. Followed over time by colored lines that block view. Now the whole inner screen is black. The constant opening and closing will eventually ruin the phone long before it's paid off!

I thought I would really like this phone but it is just okay. It has some difficulty changing from the smaller screen to the larger screen and vice versa. I will probably upgrade to a different phone when I can.
