Great phone but fragile

Bdoefoe . 3 days ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The productivity aspect of it is great. I use it in field to look at plans and edit multiple notes, files simultaneously instead of needing to go back and forth. That being said, it is a very fragile phone

The Almost Perfect Folding Phone

Mattybabs . 7 days ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was looking for something that could handle both my classes and my downtime, I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and it’s been a total game-changer for my daily schedule. As a college student, being able to multitask on one screen is huge. I use my Samsung device for school literally every day—being able to pull up a PDF on one side of the screen and take notes on the other makes studying, writing papers, and keeping track of assignments way less stressful. When I’m not doing homework, that big inner screen makes it super easy to stay organized, check emails, and manage group projects without needing to pull out a laptop. When it comes to entertainment, the main screen is insane. I use it all the time for streaming shows, catching live sports between classes, and watching movies when I have downtime. Gaming on it feels awesome too—the extra screen real estate makes everything way more immersive whether I’m playing quick casual games or heavier titles.

Great phone

Techie4Life . 10 days ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the z fold after seeing a coworker using one and I can honestly say that being able to open up to a bigger screen really makes it so much more usable. I love being able to see websites and videos in a full screen mode instead of the limited phone view.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device cause I wanted a true phone-and-tablet hybrid that finally matches the slim, lightweight feel of a standard flagship slab phone, with the capability to be a full on laptop if I needed it to be.

Durability Issues DO NOT RECOMMEND

RWHIP . 10 days ago

I was very excited for this device when it came out. I purchased the device in mid-July of 2025. I did not use the center screen a lot and the phone was always treated well. All of sudden when opening the phone the center screen started to flicker and eventually stopped working. This same issue happened to a friend that also purchase the Z Fold 7. Durability is still very poor on these folding phone and the warranty should be extended for the center screen as it is no screen they fail all the time.

R&R - 10 days ago

Hey RWHIP, Thank you for sharing your experience. The Galaxy Z Fold7 features a spacious folding display, a sleek design, and versatile multitasking capabilities. We understand your concern with the inner display flickering and eventually becoming unresponsive despite careful handling. We recommend having the device evaluated through Samsung's authorized repair services to determine the appropriate next steps and available warranty options. Your feedback is valuable as Samsung continues refining the Galaxy experience. Thank you for choosing Samsung! What an experience

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The phone is a masterpiece, it feels great to use in all aspects. From the display, the cameras to the battery, everything is great. Apart from the obviously huge screen real estate, it excels in shooting videos, feeling light and comfortable to use and just a premium experience. If I had to pick nitpicks, the zoom on the z fold 7 is not up to par, and further, the battery should also be improved (done on the z fold 8) and the phone, due to being incredibly thin is prone to damage without a case, so please put a case on.

Hey Ishaank Bansal, We're excited to hear that you're enjoying your Galaxy Z Fold7! Its large main display, versatile camera system, and slim design make it a fantastic companion for capturing videos and enjoying entertainment. We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding zoom performance and battery life. Using a compatible protective case can help ensure your device stays safe while you enjoy its sleek design. Love the screens!

Lizzerz . 12 days ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my fold. Currently using the 7, had a 4 previously. Having a normal sized phone with the option of a larger screen is so convenient. I chose the fold originally for gaming- but find myself using the larger screen for workout vids or streaming shows and podcasts more. The larger screen also makes online forms or typing so much easier. Both screens have great quality. The phone operates fast and smooth- battery life is still most of the day after 10 months of heavy use. It rarely overheats even if I'm using while charging. I highly recommend to anyone who is on the phone alot or uses their phones for work.
