This screen protector cracked the very first day, on the side and down the center. And I’m a 60 year old woman that is not hard on my phone. The BELKIN protector is not good quality at all.

The employees at Verizon were wonderful and put the screen protector on for me. It was great screen protector until 5 days later after one drop with a GOOD case with a lip to protect the screen protector the screen protector cracked and went several different directions all over the screen. This was a $65 screen protector WITH a warranty that it would be replaced if broken or cracked. I registered my item followed the steps to get a new screen protector submitted it and received a response that it would be 3-5 business days for a response to my case. I received an email on the LAST day telling me unfortunately they denied my claim. No reason why except that this is not covered under the warranty. I called BELKIN and described what happened and the email i received, the rep sad I see your claim and it was denied because we don’t covered cracked or damage wear and tear. I was like WHAT - I said what do you mean this screen protector was $65 dollars and it broke within days of purchase! He once again said it’s not covered and it’s only covered/ replaced when it is damaged in store by the employee putting it on or a bubble in the screen protector. After a lengthy conversation with him he said he would reopen my claim for review, before I could say anything else the line cut with a loud sound that last 2 minutes that sounded like a bad connection fax noise I waited it out the 2 minutes then all the sudden I was on hold. I stayed on hold for close to an hour no one came back on, it was just hold music when it reached the hour I hung up infuriated and called the customer service line back, this time I was straight to hold music and no one picked up my call to speak with me. I became very frustrated after another 20 minute hold and then just hung up. I never received an email or call back stating anything about my claim being reviewed again or re- opened , no call back - NOTHING - their product is NOT satisfactory and their customer service is absolutely AWFUL and their warranty is a lie
