Easy to install and once installed adds another layer of protection for my dropped phone. The belt holder keeps the phone where I know I left it. No setting it down and wandering around the room searching for where I set it down.

I am very pleased with the defender cases i had one on my s21 and loved it. This one is same great case by the clip was changed and now have to flip phone upsie down to use clip dont care for that redesign and shipping took foever.

Some reason this is directional, the phone has to be entered in the correct orientation. My last otter box the clip was centered and could go either way. This is a pain because the way I naturally put it in is opposite the direction it fits.

As a major customer and a Right-handed person as are 90% of all the humans on the planet I can speak for every one and say we've been ripped off and we kindly demand that you fix it asap I don't need to tell you what's wrong with it im sure you know by now I just want to know when you are going to fix it no games I want the date and time!?!?
