Well if you drop your phone ot won't break, it's an otterbox and does the job.
Cons: the sliding halves will turn the volume up to max if you bump it in your pocket. It pops off really easily if it gets stuck in your pocket and doesn't always put phone to sleep when you close it.

Well if you drop your phone ot won't break, it's an otterbox and does the job.

Good protection, but lousy desgin. I added some adhesive to keep the case from falling off.

Sometimes if the top case is not fitting correctly it may press the up or down side key. If you use that for volume you may have sharp increases in sound or it will go all the way down to zero. Besides that it's good...

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I have had this case for a month now and it works great. I work in a shop environment and have always used otter boxes. This one is very rugged and protects my flip phone , it does make the phone much thicker. But I don't have to worry about dropping it on a hard surface.

We're finding that if you push whichever piece (top or bottom) of the case down into place after opening that it stays in place. Two major flaws

The positives of this case are it fits very well and offers a high level of protection. Unfortunately, as received the hinge cover binds when opening and actually pushes the top case section halfway off the phone. It can be pushed back but that is not a good feature. I was able to correct that problem buy widening the slots in the hinge cover that are guided by internal pins. That completely eliminated the binding. So, it now works great but the hinge cover drags against the metal trim on the phone as it is closed. With even a little amount of dust, this will sand away at the phone finish and cause damage. I really wanted to like this case, but I cannot accept the inevitable damage it will cause to the phone from this wear.

Love otter box cases but they failed with this one

I normally stick with otter box for all my phones and my families phone but they dropped the ball on this case. The problem is when the phone is flipped open, the top of the phone case gets pushed up by the piece that is supposed to slide behind the bottom piece. The grip on the top part of the phone is somewhat lose which another reviewer stated would concern them as the case got older. It does me as well. It also doesn't come with a cover for the c-charger either. Probably has to do with the specific model but I'm used to having it on my phone since I do a lot of outside work. I will be returning this to otter box after I find something suitable for this phone. I'm disappointed to say the least.
