The case is well made and works exactly as promised. The quality is great. I have had it for two months with no issues. Also the added s pen and holder is great as well. Works very good with the phone.

Case slips which is Uncomfortable and Dangerous

The texture on the case has a nice feel to it but the front bezel does not stick to the front of the phone. This causes the front layer of the case to jump off the edge of the phone and has almost caused several accidental drops. This is not only uncomfortable because the phone constantly feels like the phone is going to fall when the bezel slips. The glue on the edge is not strong enough to hold. The pen also does not work well.

I * HAD * to buy PINK as that was the ONLY color available (PINK??). And the top case cover does NOT stick onto the spine-side of the glass very well at all. NOT very reliable.

The left edge is very floppy and strikes to the edge of the screen whenever I try to hold with my left hand and the case is very slippery .Should have added more grip type version.The price is very high in comparison to the product.I highly Do not recommend.

Poor Quality

I purchased this case with phone about a week ago. I finally opened the phone and case. I wanted to wait until I received my screen protector. I installed all and I will have to admit I am truly disappointed on the quality of the case. It's noting but a thin piece of plastic. I don't believe this case is protecting much. I will state it doesn't fit with the screen protector. The only plus is the S pen appears to be very secure. I do not know what was Samsung thinking with this case, and don't get me started on what it cost! So, I gave 1 STARS for the actual case and 1 more STAR for the security of the S Pen

Not a terrible case all things considered

I purchased this case with the phone at half price. It was a good deal, considering the S Pen cost as much. I do, however, have complaints. First, I believe it's overpriced. Something should have been done to protect the hinge and connect it to the front part of this case. Second, the reliance on a sticky surface eliminates any actual screen cleaning. I have taken it off several times and cleaned the sticky portion with mild soap and water to great success so I could clean fingerprints off of the exterior screen, so there's that, but for the retail price, I have to question if this is nothing more than a price grab. The angle this case causes the phone to lay at creates space to cause slower wireless charging, but it's still better than other case options that require you to purchase the Samsung S Pen. No off-brand stylus works the same. The other brand costs just as much, and the stylus snaps into the edge of the screen, making the phone more challenging to hold. With that, I can confidently say there isn't a perfect option. Had someone thought to create a hinged cover, that would have been a great spot to store the S Pen!
