I bought this phone in waltmart , I would like to use my old SIM card from waltmart family mobile but i inserted it and the device did not recognize it
Hi Charly, Thank you for reaching out. Based on the product description, it appears that the phone you purchased is locked to Verizon's network. This means it is currently only compatible with Verizon SIM cards and may not work with SIM cards from other carriers, such as Walmart Family Mobile. As your phone was purchased from Walmart, we recommend contacting Walmart directly or visiting your nearest Walmart store. They should be able to provide further assistance and help with unlocking the device or offer alternative solutions. -Mitch
