Went from the Moto G Power 2021 to this. It worked fine for about a month and then it wouldn't load right. The screen kept going black and would not stay on long enough to put in the passcode. Then it quit making sounds, so I restarted it and it would not come back up. It went from the moto screen to the verizon screen over and over until the battery died. Absolute garbage.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I've had Motorola phones before, I've had many phones over the decades, but this phone is hands down the worst. Slowest smartphone I've ever used, even after a factory reset!! Less than 6 months after I bought it new from Visible, I had to pay to have it factory reset when everytime i turned my phone off, it would enter into a bootload software error. It's lagging even now as im just tying up this review 🤬Also, when I looked into the trade in value of this almost brand new phone, Visible would offer me $13 for the $150+ phone i bought. Spend your money elsewhere 🙏🏻

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Good phone to start with getting out of prison. Especially if you can't get a government phone. Does all the basics. And you need a smart phone to find a job in Houston. Easy to use, good battery life.I have fat fingers, but keyboard seems large. If you just got out of prison, I recommend the Indeed app. This app will even give practice interviews. Get a case. Motorola keeps enabling an app called Glance. I don't want it but it seems I have no choice. Except to turn this Motorola into a frisby and go elsewhere. I've had several Motorola phones but I will never buy another.
