I bought this phone 6 months ago, it was pretty nice the first 2 months. The phones external screen breaks with ease, so be careful with it. 2months in my external screen broke on a wicker chair arm, the hinges squeak and make crackle noises when you open and close the device. Weird dark marks popped up on the internal screen, which you can move around with your finger, but it will make the dark spots grow. When playing music or videos the sound will go from loud to super quiet, sometimes it starts randomly playing music after closing the music app. I haven't been able to Bluetooth send or receive photos music or videos. when playing games you can never use the crease of the screen to tap things in the game. The speaker phone and speech to text stopped working, the camera is pretty bad, it always has fuzzy pictures like the 50 dollar prepaid phone does. Overall I regret buying it, but I'm stuck with it for another year or so 😔

This is a great and stylish phone 💚 It's very convenient, the notifications and AI chat are very effective. Spring Bud green is a beautiful, vibrant, yellow-based green that is absolutely gorgeous 💚 The external screen is not only convenient, it prevents the inner screen from cracking. I cracked the outer screen when I dropped my phone against concrete, but the inner screen was not affected because I always fold my phone when not in use. So if you always fold it when not in use, it won't crack like an iPhone.

I bought this about a month ago and stepped up from the 2024 version. I was able to use the case I had from the old phone as everything fits pretty much perfectly. The phone works well, the hinge is quiet, phone performance is exactly as I expected, quick and snappy. The material on the back of the phone is a slightly more slippery plastic feeling material, compared to the pleather stickiness the 2024 had. And this is the only real difference I noticed between the two models. They're identical, performs great and the cameras look great. Pick up the 2025 on sale and you'll love it!

I bought this with my old flip phone from the early 2000s in mind. It's not that, and took a little getting used to. But after a couple weeks I'm quite happy with it. I like the size when folded, it holds a charge well, and looks good. And it didn't break the bank.

I bought motorola razor twenty twenty five, beginning of twenty twenty six, and I was excited about having a flip phone, modern style. Within a month of using the screen that started to develop a green line, I had no idea this meant, but I researched it after the fact and soon discovered that this is a common Issue with the design of the Motorola flip phone razor so I use my warranty service purchased at another one. It came in the mail and within another month saying thing, same issue. Now it's also included a black screen where I could no longer see the main screen. I purchased another one through the warranty. And yet, again, the third one has blacked out the screen on me. I am completely fed up with the Motorola. Razor flip phone 2025, make matters worse. I can't even transfer all of my data from the Motorola razor 2025 to my new phone which is Samsung Very dissatisfied, disappointed and unhappy custom.

Phone was cute but the execution of the phone was absolutely horrible 2 phones in 6 months the screen messed up at the bend no cracks no dents nothing just straight messed up Bluetooth never stayed connected service was trash no matter where you went screen would lag and lock itself when you typed and that was on 2 different ones so it wasn't a 1 times thing! Waste of money which is sad because he was pink and so adorable and I was so excited for this phone!!!

This Motorola flip phone is a great phone but it does take some time to get use to it. I have had the phone for about a few weeks now but will need to replace the phone screen due to a green line on the right side of the screen. Not sure if my extended warranty cover the replacement screen.

Stylish and great form, but low durability

I got a Motorola Razr when they were released with T-Mobile, and even got one of the special red/pink T-Mobile styles to go with it. I love the phone's small form, and it's powerful enough to never give me lag issues. The outer screen is far more useful than I imagined, and it's great to just answer a closed phone. The ability to have the phone half-open as a sort of stand to take pictures/videos with is an underrated bonus. Unfortunately, I do have to recommend this phone with a lot of caution. If you're even just a moderate phone user, the phone itself is not very durable. The plastic that goes around the edge has a tendency to break, and the screen will stop responding not too many months after that happens. I replaced one phone on warranty 1.5 years after the first one I got, but now my second one is starting to fail 10 months in. I'd love to use it more but I might have to just get a big slab phone in the end
