- The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska); and a Verizon postpaid wireless or Verizon Home Internet (“VHI”) customer, in good standing (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), prior to July 27, 2026 and at the time the prize is awarded. VHI includes 5G Home Internet, VHI Lite Home Internet, LTE Home Internet, and Fios Home Internet.
- Employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees, and any other company or organization associated with the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members of each or those living in their same household, are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family members” include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other family extension.

- The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 27, 2026 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. ET on August 2, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The computer administering the Sweepstakes is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
- During the Sweepstakes Period, open the MyVerizon app (“App”), click on Shine and look for the Sweepstakes tile. Follow the entry prompts to complete the Sweepstakes registration form. If you do not already use the App, download it on your web-enabled mobile device and complete the log in process to use it. Entrants should check their wireless service account for details on any applicable charges if entering via a mobile phone or device. Entrants are solely responsible for any wireless charges associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
- All entrants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting the entry must be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address.If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be attributed to the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided during submission. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person who is assigned to the email address by the online service provider. The potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the Authorized Account Holder of such email account. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one (1) entry per person by using multiple/different identities or registrations, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that an entrant used robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods of entry (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services), all entries by that entrant shall be voided.

- One (1) Prize: The prize consists of a trip for winner and winner’s guest to attend the Daisy Chain Fields festival in Irvine, CA on August 29, 2026 (“Festival”). Travel Dates: August 28, 2026 –August 30, 2026. The trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (originating from a major airport near winner’s home) for winner and winner’s one (1) guest; double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room); one (1) $400.00 Uber gift card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer); two (2) VIP Festival tickets; a meet and greet with Olivia Rodrigo; and pit-viewing access for select performances. The meet and greet component has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no cash substitution will be provided if the winner chooses not to use it or if the artist becomes unavailable, for any reason, for this portion of the prize.

- Prize Conditions: Ground transportation, parking, meals, upgrades, gratuities, souvenirs, luggage fees, and all other expenses not expressly specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. A minor guest must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. The guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian, if a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to Sponsor’s designated travel agency making travel arrangements. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Once the guest is selected, he or she may not be substituted, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Should the winner elect to travel independently, no compensation will be provided for the unused portion. Winner must use Sponsor’s designated travel agent for all trip arrangements. If the winner resides within two-hundred fifty (250) miles of the Festival location, $200.00 will be awarded to the winner in lieu of air transportation. Selection of hotel, airports, airline flights and seating assignments on the flights are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. Government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport, or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations and other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights and the Festival) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its reasonable control. Upon hotel check-in, winner must present a valid government-issued photo identification and valid, major credit card and will be responsible for any incidentals and fee/services not included in the prize. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., Real ID or passport) required for travel within the United States. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance), at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets or any other prize element will not be replaced or exchanged. In the event the winner and/or their guest misses a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of any of the Sweepstakes Entities or due to a Force Majeure Event), the Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability for any costs associated with changing or rebooking transportation. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of any prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portions of the prize.Resale of Festival tickets is strictly prohibited. Any unclaimed and/or unused Festival tickets will remain the property of Festival. By claiming tickets,winner must agree to ticketing Terms of Use, including the requirement that winner must download a mobile ticketing app (valid email address required) and present tickets at venue via a mobile device. Winner and guest must abide by all Festival and venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. If, at any time during the prize experience, the winner or guest engages in illegal, obnoxious, non-sportsmanlike, disruptive, or harassing behavior, as determined by the Sponsor, Festival, or their representative in their sole discretion, the Sponsor or other applicable party may terminate the trip, prize, or related experience, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and guest home without further compensation. The Sponsor, Festival, or other applicable party may also revoke all or part of the prize if, in their sole discretion, the winner or guest is intoxicated, poses a safety risk, violates any policy, law, or health and safety protocol, or brings the Sponsor into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.
- The potential winner will be selected by a random drawing, conducted by the Administrator in its sole discretion, on or about August 3, 2026 from among all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.

- The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator, via email, within one (1) business day of the random drawing. - The potential winner will also be required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with a Publicity Release (where lawful) within forty-eight (48) hours from the day and time of the email notification. Winner’s guest may also be required to complete, sign and return a Liability Release with a Publicity Release (where lawful) within the same time period as stated above. The confirmed winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize.
- Background Check Requirement for winner and their guest: The potential winner and their guest may be required to consent to a background check. If required, the potential winner and their guest must pass the background check to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries (time permitting).
- If (a) any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, (b) the potential winner does not properly respond to a Sweepstakes notification (as stated above), (c) any required documents are not returned within the required time period (as stated above) or (d) the potential winner cannot be verified according to the specific prize requirements or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated herein, such prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon forfeiture for any reason, no compensation shall be given. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for suspended or discontinued internet or wireless service or a change in the potential winner’s phone number, email address or mailing address which may result in the potential winner not receiving a prize notification or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered emails, including notifications diverted to spam or junk folders by the winner’s email settings.

If Sponsor cancels, terminates, modifies, or suspends this Sweepstakes for any reason (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor will select the potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sponsor does so, Sponsor will post notice of its action on the App.

- By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, C3 Presents, LLC, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., PSQ Productions, LLC, Olivia Rodrigo, Flower Bouquet Inc, Brown Eyed Girl Productions, Inc., ORTours, Inc., Daisy Chain Fields Fund, and each of their respective affiliates, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and Instagram and Meta, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel thereto (if any).The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) entrant’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) hardware or software errors, faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the App in whole or in part of any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet, the App; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs or worms; (j) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes; or (k) loss, miscount, misdirection, in accessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Use of the App is at entrant’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
