How to sign up

Step 1: Tap on the Smart Family app icon to launch.

Step 2: Tap on the Get started button to enter the app.

Step 3: Sign up with your My Verizon user ID or your Verizon mobile phone number.

Enter your my Verizon account password and tap Sign in.

Step 4: Select your plan and tap Next.

Premium members get a 30 day free trial and the ability to locate family members' devices.

Step 5: Select the family members you want to manage and enter their names.

Tap Sign up.

Step 6: Tap OK to enter the app.

All set.

You are now signed up for Verizon Smart Family.
