This thing was awesome at first got one nov 2021. Well July 30 2022. Guess what. Cpu drive arm its toast. Stupid here went and got another one thinking Samsung would honor the warranty. Pfft. Stuck with 2 that don't work, financed

windows 10 would not run my 64-bit applications. waited months for the windows 11 upgrade to become live. windows 11 unable to run any opengl software. on restart, the computer decided to install a "touchpad firmware" update. after that, the system would not restart, was unable to "uninstall qaulity updates", uninstall feature updates or reset this pc. it is bricked. for price, poor screen and performance was expected, but this is e-waste.

after 6 months of owning the galaxy book go 5g, i can only say that the concept is great but the finish product didn't deliver. the computer runs windows 11 s mode which most of ms products doesn't work other than office. i tried to load other application such as quicken and other accountant software can't load on device. i tried to load games like plarium (raid shadow legends) and can't load application to device. the battery life is great as well as start up time. as for the rest of the device experience i would rate this device a 2*. the internet coverages/speeds were better when i used my phone to connect to the internet. the screen is ok. the size and weight are excellent very portable especially it's price.

I loved the tablet. Til I turned it on! The screen quality was horrible. It was that of an old screen from 1990! Horribly disappointing. I love Samsung but this was disappointing. Can't honestly rate performance because after one day if trying to see the screen I was done.

easy to setup, came with windows 11 and it has 256gb of hard drive not 128gb as advertised. that is very good thing! the setup was very easy the samsung interface connects to your account and devices makes it great, also connects seamlessly a microsoft and google accounts. i will give it 5 starts but, the battery it's sealed and needs a shop if needs to be fix and i wish it had an option to add more memory. 8gb is not much now days. one more thing the casing (bottom) section feels cheap.

I've tried to update the software and every time it says it failed and to try again, even factory reset it and tried again, still fails wasnt worth the money for how it performs.

I love my galaxy book don’t need to be near Wi-Fi or hot spot quick on light weight don’t regret it at all plan to buy 3 more tomorrow..

The mouse pad sucks, cannot download anything to the desktop. Very sorry I bought it.

This has got to be one of the best laptops I've seen for the price this is at. Things i wanted to know when I bought it. Is it windows, yes. Is it a Chromebook where it's basically a giant tablet, no this is a full on laptop, this means nothing is like a mobile phone. My daughter uses this for her online class and uses it for about 8 hours a day on average before the battery dies. This also includes any games that she loves to play during the day. I believe the previous post titled trash is incorrect because this has no mobile version whatsoever. The lower model that does not have 5G is basically a Chromebook and that is where I believe her post

My daughter bought me this for Christmas. It dies so easily. The webpages only show like a mobile view and not desktop view. It turned off today and won't turn back on and I've only had it for 5 months!!!
