There are always charging issues with these but it's a matter of when it happens. We've had 3 different ones through about 5 years and this is an on and off issue. One time years ago our 2nd tablet was plugged in and days and weeks went by, it wouldn't charge and I couldn't afford an extra bill and I just called it quits as a broken tablet but never got rid of it. Months went by and I decided to try one last time and charge it and check on it a couple days later (I didn't expect it to work and forgot it), and it charged completely! So like 6 months had gone by not using it and suddenly started working and it lasted for about 2 more years. So weird. But there were times it took over a day to charge and others a couple hours or so... Lesson and Best Tip: DON'T let it get below 15%!!!! When we do with one that was even brand new, it had taken hours just to finally show and get to 1%. This is annoying but I think the trick is to not get below 15%. Or start charging at 15+%... As far as screens, these are always so durable and kid friendly so that's why I keep sticking with these tablets that always eventually have very annoying charging issues.

We've had this tablet for only a few months and it won't take a charge. I've tried everything, different chargers and outlets. Verizon told me I would need to drop it off for evaluation and if it was found to be damaged they would charge me $350 for a damage fee which is far more than the retail cost. I now see in the reviews I'm not the only one with this problem and my only option is to pay off a tablet that doesn't work and get a new one because they won't replace it without evaluation for damage. They acted like I was the only one who has had this issue and it was our fault. We did nothing damaging to this tablet, it was rarely used and just stopped charging. So he said I could take my chances by having it evaluated and being charged a damage fee or just pay off a tablet that doesn't work. Ridiculous

We have had this tablet 6 months it has been replaced once because it wouldn't charge. Now once again it didn't want To charge. I've tried different chargers even brand new chargers and they don't work. I'm over it at this point.

Got this for my 4 year old and he loves it. He has dropped it many times and it's still in good shape. We purchased a screen protector from amazon just in case. Having the Google store is HUGE and being able to setup parental controls through our Google accounts is great. The only issue is that it isn't the fastest tablet out there. For a small kid this is perfect but I wouldn't use this as my personal device (I would probably get frustrated).

I got this tablet for my 3 year old son for Christmas and he loves it! It charges quickly and holds charge for a while. The case is AWESOME. My son loves that he can prop it up without having to lean it against something. The case definitely does it's job, my son has thrown this tablet a bunch and it's never broken. He's stepped on it a couple times and it still works great! It's VERY durable! Highly recommend!!

On rural trips in the car, or at the house, my four year old Grandson loves his "Tabby"! The pre-installed educational apps have helped him with speech, reading, colors & shapes! I bought screen protector separately & highly recommend; but it is rugged and he enjoys YouTube and Messenger Kids to FaceTime family. Colors are vivid, Bluetooth headset compatible, very easy for him to navigate. Peace of mind parental controls. Love it!!!
