If you took advantage of the Disney Bundle 6 or 12 month Fios Home Internet offer, use these FAQs to help manage your promotional subscription.

The Disney Bundle* is the “Something for Everyone” streaming solution from The Walt Disney Company. With The Disney Bundle, you get access to thousands of movies, hit series and exclusive sports with subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu (With Ads) and ESPN+ (With Ads).
With The Disney Bundle you get:

**An ESPN+ subscription does not give you access to stream ESPN’s traditional TV networks or the content on them. To stream those networks, you need a television subscription through a cable, satellite or digital provider.
To complete the Hulu set up, tap Activate Hulu from the Disney+ confirmation screen or account page. The email address used to activate Disney+ will be pre-populated for you. Create a password and complete the additional information. Next, tap Continue... and you’re all set.
If you already have an existing Hulu account associated with your email, you'll be asked to enter your password and log in.
To complete the ESPN+ (With Ads) set up, tap Login to ESPN+ (With Ads) from the Disney confirmation screen or visit plus.espn.com/activate.
Log in using the same email address and password you used for Disney+. If you already have an existing ESPN+ (With Ads) account associated with your email, enter your password and log in.
To start streaming, simply install or open all three apps on your device and login with your credentials.
You need to activate your subscription before you can access Disney+ Premium (No Ads), Hulu (With Ads) and ESPN+ (With Ads). When your account is set up, you can access streaming content by:
*At this time, content from one app cannot be played on the other apps (e.g., you can watch Disney+ shows on the Disney+ app, but not on the ESPN+ (With Ads) app).
After your Disney Bundle promotional subscription ends, you are automatically enrolled in a paid monthly Disney Bundle subscription. Your Verizon account will be charged the then-current monthly retail price for The Disney Bundle with Hulu (With Ads) plan (currently $21.99/month) each month until you cancel through Verizon.
Sign in to your My Verizon Home account and select Manage Subscription to cancel your Disney Bundle offer.
If you cancel your qualifying Fios service(s) and/or change to a non-qualifying Verizon plan, your 6 month or 12 month promotional subscription to The Disney Bundle will be canceled and your Verizon account will be charged the then-current monthly retail price for The Disney Bundle with Hulu (With Ads) plan currently $21.99/month each month until you cancel through Verizon.
Exception: If you’re an annual or multi-year Disney+ subscriber, and your existing subscription was paused during the Verizon Disney Bundle promotional subscription, it will resume when you cancel your qualifying Fios service.
If you cancel your Verizon service entirely, your subscription to the Disney Bundle will also be canceled.
If you suspend your service, your subscription is not paused during the suspension period. It will continue until the original end-date.
You can access Disney+ Premium (No Ads), Hulu (With Ads), and ESPN+ (With Ads) programming, movies and TV series on personal computers, mobile phones, tablets and connected TV devices.
