Access Netflix from Multi-Room DVR set-top box
Your Multi-Room DVR set-top box provides access to your Netflix subscription.
Stream Netflix movies and TV shows without having to switch out of Fios TV. Setup is easy and doesn't require a Smart TV. You must have Fios Internet Service, Multi-Room DVR Enhanced or Premium service and be a Netflix customer:
- Go to channel 838 - Note that since 838 is a virtual channel, you cannot access it via channel up/down.
- Sign in using your Netflix username and password. If you do not have a Netflix account, you can open a new account
- Start streaming your favorite movies and shows.

Pluto TV is an ad-supported television streaming service with 250+ live channels and over 1000 movies available on-demand-available at no additional charge. The Pluto TV app is pre-installed on select Verizon devices.
To access Pluto TV on your set-top box:
- Using your voice remote, say 'Pluto TV' (Fios TV One/Fios TV One Mini only)
- Using your voice remote, say 'Tune to 839' (Fios TV One/Fios TV One Mini only)

What do I need to watch Pluto TV shows and movies on my Fios TV set-top box?

You'll need Fios Internet service because Pluto TV content is streamed to Fios TV over the internet and compatible Fios TV set-top boxes. Pluto TV is supported on the following Fios TV set-top boxes:

- QIP series set-top boxes (2xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx)
- CHS series set-top boxes (CHSxxx)

Movies Anywhere
Movies Anywhere is a cloud-based solution that consolidates and organizes the movies you buy from participating studios and retailers into one easy to access place. Movies Anywhere will be integrated into the Fios experience and available through your Fios TV set-top box, Fios TV Mobile app (coming soon) and online at verizon.com/moviesanywhere.
How to link accounts - overview
- Create a Movies Anywhere account at moviesanywhere.com or on the Movies Anywhere app (If you already have an existing Movies Anywhere account can move to step 2)
- Sign into verizon.com/moviesanywhere and connect your accounts. After your accounts are connected, you can sync your accounts on moviesanywhere.com from the retailers you use to purchase movies like iTunes, Amazon Prime, VUDU, Google Play, Fandango, Xfinity, Microsoft Movies & TV and of course, Verizon Fios TV.
- Access and watch your movies through your Fios TV set-top box, Fios TV Mobile app (coming soon) and online at verizon.com/moviesanywhere

How do I link Movies Anywhere from TV.Verizon.com?

- Navigate to verizon.com/moviesanywhere and sign in to your My Verizon account
- In the menu on the top right of the Watch Fios screen, select the settings icon (gear)
- On the settings page, select Movies Anywhere
- On the Movies Anywhere page, you will find:
- Overview of Movies Anywhere
- Option to connect Fios with Movies Anywhere
- FAQs about Movies Anywhere
- After you connect accounts, you will be taken to the Movies Anywhere website to continue the linking process:
- Sign in to Movies Anywhere:
- You will be prompted to log in using your Movies Anywhere username and password (which may be different than your Verizon Fios credentials), Or
- If you do not have a Movies Anywhere account, you will be prompted to create a new Movies Anywhere account
- Read the information in the Verizon Connect popup and select Link Accounts.
- Sign in to Movies Anywhere:
- After successfully linking accounts, you will have the option to remain on the Movies Anywhere site - Watch On Movies Anywhere - or to go back to your Watch Fios page. Within a few minutes, you should see your libraries updated on both Movies Anywhere website as well as on your Watch Fios page.
- Purchases that had been stored within Movies Anywhere will now be displayed in My Stuff
- Purchases that had been made on Fios will now be displayed within the Movies Anywhere library
You may need to refresh either libraries by reloading the webpage, logging out and logging back in, or if you are using a set-top box, exiting On Demand and re-launching it. - Returning to verizon.com/moviesanywhere you will see the Movies Anywhere educational page. The page will be updated and reflect:
- View Movie Library: Library of all of Fios purchases and titles imported from Movies Anywhere
- Disconnect Account: Allows you to break the link between Fios and Movies Anywhere

How do I link from MoviesAnywhere.com?

- Visit moviesanywhere.com and select Join Now if you don't already have a Movies Anywhere account or Log in if you already have a Movies Anywhere account (this may be different from your My Verizon credentials)
- Once logged in to Movies Anywhere, in the top-right corner of the screen, select the down arrow and then select Settings.
- On the Settings page, in the menu on the left side, select Manage Retailers
- Select Verizon
- An Are you sure? pop-up will ask you to confirm to agree to sharing your movie purchase information
- Upon confirmation, you will be taken to Verizon's website in order to sign in using your Verizon Fios user id and password. (which may be different than your Movies Anywhere credentials)
- You will need to agree to allow Verizon to share movie purchase information with Movies Anywhere
- Upon acceptance, you will be directed back to the Movies Anywhere Settings page and will see Verizon as a connected retailer. Within a few minutes, you should see your libraries updated on both Movies Anywhere website as well as on Fios.
- Purchases that had been stored within Movies Anywhere will now be displayed within your Fios library (My Stuff / Purchases & Rentals)
- Purchases that had been made on Fios will now be displayed within your Movies Anywhere library
- You may need to ‘refresh' either their Fios and/or Movies Anywhere libraries by reloading the webpage, logging out & logging back in, or (on STB) exiting On Demand and re-launching it.

How do I unlink Movies Anywhere from TV.Verizon.com?

- Log into your My Verizon account
- On the Movies Anywhere educational page, select the Disconnect Account option
- You will be presented with a confirmation pop-up. Select Confirm
- You will receive confirmation that the link between your Verizon Fios account and Movies Anywhere has been disconnected.

How to I unlink accounts from MoviesAnywhere.com?

- Visit moviesanywhere.com and log in using your Movies Anywhere user id and password (this may be different than your Fios credentials)
- In the top-right corner of the screen select the down arrow and select Settings
- On the Settings page, in the menu on the left side, select Manage Retailers
- In the list of available retailers, select Disconnect within the Verizon box.
- In the Are you sure? Pop-up, select Confirm. The Manage Retailers list will update reflecting that Verizon Fios is no longer connected.

How do I Purchase movies?

Once you have linked your Movies Anywhere and Verizon Fios accounts you can purchase a film through Verizon On Demand.
- Movies Anywhere icon will show for eligible movies.
- During the purchase confirmation, the following message will show: Movies Anywhere content will be added to your Movies Anywhere library which can be viewed on other digital retail accounts.
- On the purchase confirmation page, the following message will show: This movie has been added to your Movies Anywhere library.

Note:
- Rentals will not be added to the Movies Anywhere library.
- Movies from Paramount, Lionsgate, MGM and other non-participating studios are NOT eligible for Movies Anywhere at this time.

In addition to the award-winning SHOWTIME programming you've been accustomed to, the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME channel also airs select Paramount+ programming. SHOWTIME has automatically become Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, so there's nothing you need to do.
