The Verizon Dollars Program (the "Program") is a customer loyalty program offered by Verizon. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Verizon Dollars Program: Terms and Conditions
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1. Eligibility: The Program is open to all existing and new customers of Verizon who maintain a current and active post-paid Verizon Mobile service account that includes Mobile and/or Home Internet (Wireless) service.
2.2. Non-verizon Visa Cardholder Enrollment: To participate, eligible customers who do not have a Verizon Visa Card must enroll in the Program with the myVerizon App.
2.3. Verizon Visa Cardholders: Eligible VVC cardholders are automatically enrolled and will continue to earn Verizon Dollars when using their card.
2.4. Account Status: The customer's account must be in good standing to earn or redeem Verizon Dollars.
2.5. Account Types: Generally, only account owners/managers can access Verizon Dollars, though other account members may have access to special offers.
3. Earning Verizon Dollars
3.1. Dollars Calculation: Participants will earn Verizon Dollars equivalent to 3% cash back on the total monthly Verizon Mobile bill amount, including monthly service charges, perks, Value-Added Services, devices, and taxes, fees, and one-time charges, unless otherwise specified. The calculation is based on the eligible charges detailed on the customer's monthly invoice.
3.2. Dollars Earning Cycle: Dollars are earned on a monthly basis, based on the Verizon Mobile bill issued for the prior service period. Dollars are only issued on payments received in full and on time.
3.3. Posting of Dollars: Earned Dollars will be posted to the customer's Program account within 10 days after the full bill payment is received, processed and closed.
4. Redemption of Verizon Dollars
4.1 Redemption and Use: Dollars can be redeemed for third-party offers, gift cards, products in the Verizon Store, and one-time purchases of devices and accessories. Verizon Visa Card cardholders can also redeem Verizon Dollars as a credit against future monthly Verizon service bills or as a credit against their Verizon Visa Card statement (available 6/30/2026).
4.2. Minimum Redemption: Some redemption options may require a minimum accumulated Verizon Dollars balance before a customer can request a redemption.
4.3. Redemption Process: Customers must use the My Verizon App to redeem Verizon Dollars, unless otherwise specified.
5. Expiration of Verizon Dollars
5.1. Non-Verizon Visa Cardholders: Verizon Dollars earned by non-cardholders expire 12 months after they are issued (365 days later, on a rolling basis)
5.2. Verizon Visa Cardholders: Verizon Dollars earned by a customer while a Verizon Visa Cardholder do not expire, but they will be forfeited if no Verizon Dollars are earned or redeemed for 24 consecutive months.
6.Program Changes and Termination
6.1. Verizon Program Changes and Termination: Verizon reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the reward earning percentage, redemption rules, and eligibility criteria. In the event of Program termination by Verizon, accumulated Verizon Dollars may be forfeited.
6.2. Verizon Termination of Individual Account: Verizon may terminate a participant's enrollment in the Program if the participant violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity. In the event of such termination, or termination of a customer’s services by Verizon, all accumulated Verizon Dollars will be immediately forfeited.
6.3. Customer Termination: If a customer terminates their Verizon service, all accumulated Verizon Dollars will be immediately forfeited.
7. Canceling Your Plan
7.1. Non-Transferable: Dollars and Program benefits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another account or party.
7.2. No Cash Value: Dollars have no monetary value outside of this Program and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
7.4. Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of June 16, 2026.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program will be resolved in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Verizon Customer Agreement.
9. Data Privacy
By participating, you allow Verizon to use account information and information about the services you use and buy to process Dollars and Program benefits. We may use this information to make personalized recommendations and offers about awards available via the Program from Verizon, its affiliates and its partners, and as described in the Verizon Privacy Policy. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information through your participation in the Program and we share information with service providers who help us process Dollars and Program benefits.
