Are you able to watch you tube and other websites?
Yes, you can use the YouTube app or the Chrome browser app to watch video or view other websites, respectively. This device is running on Android OS and there are many apps that you can download via the Google Play Store. - Kevin.

Can I make phone calls or just video?
You would be able to make video calls with certain apps. No phone calls. ~Peter
The Tab Disney Edition 2 has the Google Operating System, Android 13. With it, you can find apps from the Google Play Store that will allow you to make calls over the internet. However, you will still need to have a cellular data service to connect to the internet, if you don't have any Wi-Fi internet connection. Verizon 5G data service would be perfect and would allow you the internet access on-the-go, anywhere there is Verizon service. Please see the Verizon plan for your need. - Kevin.

Does this have parental control?
