There’s no way they went through thousands of hours of testing and they claim that it’s built to protect. Both are false. My son dropped his phone on the bedroom floor (hardwood, yes) and the whole back of it shattered. The PHONE shattered. Not the case. Ridiculous!!! And rip off. Now we get to pay for a claim. Pathetic.

The sales associate stated the iPhone 13 case would also work with my iPhone 12. That is incorrect. It doesn’t line up with the buttons on the sides of the phone. Wasted purchase

There’s no way they went through thousands of hours of testing and they claim that it’s built to protect. Both are false. Bought this phone new at a Verizon store on 9/3/22, had to take it back on 9/4/22 it completely freezes up. So they had to send another phone out to me. Today is 9/22 and I am on my 5th replacement. DO NOT WASTE your money!!!!!!! Verizon will not let me get a completely different phone. Some upgrade

I have only had this a couple weeks. The biggest problem is I need something less smooth to hold so I have a more sure grip. Because I have some arthritis in my fingers the case is almost too small. I know it would do what it is supposed to do and I know the issue is mine..

I bought it because I didn’t want to cover up my phone. But it is as slick as the phone. I have had it less than a week and I’ve already dropped it several times. This is not going to end well.

I don’t like giving bad reviews , but hope this helps ppl not have my experience with this case. It looks great, but we have bought several for our phones & we are very disappointed. The case on first small drop cracked the case , the case is very difficult to hold on to for all of us b/c it is Very slippery and hard to hold on to . Slides right out of your hands . Can also feel the warmth through on your hand holding it & makes it more slippery . No grips on side that is effective , it shows some bug are really useless . They are yellowing badly after a short use. Not much camera lenses protection . I’m a little blown away Apple would but put a cheap made case . I’m sorry but having to buy all new cases , these were a mistake buying.
