I was surprised when my 1st lens protector got cracked but was glad I had it on there since my camera is the best feature of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I had it for 2 years but CaseMate was kind enough to offer me a discount to replace it.

Cracked, Shattered & Warranty Bust

10 months to the day bought, it shattered and fell apart in my hands. Neither Verizon app, product listing, nor invoice has warranty instructions. Went to Pelican website to locate warranty claim information. Their warranty claim process did not have an option to select this accessory (Phone Case or Screen Protector only). I used their support chat & service rep offered to process claim on my behalf. Pelican warranty policy requires a picture of the damaged item (I did not have item or pic because I threw in garbage for pup paw safety), but they granted a one-time courtesy & submitted claim. She sent an invoice via email that required payment of $7 shipping fee to complete claim & send the replacement under warranty. Accessory original cost was $9.99 when I bought my phone at the Verizon store with accessory package discount, $14.99 minus $5 promo.

DO NOT PURCHASE! It is horrible that Verizon is encouraging their customers to get this. I have been a Verizon customer my entire life and am saddened they are providing/encouraging their customers to get this. The associate at the store put it on and talked about how great it was. Cracked within 2 weeks. I still don’t know if the actual lens is cracked. If it did, that is even more disturbing they are pushing this on the costumers. I have never dropped it or banged it up against anything! Who knows maybe they gave me a dud lens.

Two of the covers cracked with normal use, not being dropped. The cover also interfered with proper operation of the flash. Absolute junk!

Wouldn’t suggest you buy this. It fell off within 24 hours. Not worth the hassle to go back to the store. Buy a cheap one if you want a protective layer for the cameras.

Does not keep dirt out of lenses. Took it off phone and discarded it. Scratches easily too.

I have a Presidio case with a screen protector on already. Will this camera protector fit?
