I bought this ring in 2024 and a year in and the battery life has already been drained the battery its made to work for the first year and then go out after you warranty so they won't replace it for you, I am highly upset with this samsung product, DONT BUY IT YOU WILL GET BAMBOOZLED AT THE END OF THE DAY TRUST ME, GET THE OURA RING THAT WAS THE ONE I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH, I CONTACTED SAMSUNG AND ALL THE REPS SAID THERE IS NOTHUNG WE CAN DO FOR YOU WITH IT BEING OUT OF WARRANTY I FEEL SUPER BAMBOOZLED TO THE 10TH POWER....BUT YEA SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST BUT THE OURA RING AND PAY THE MONTHY SUB

Ring will not stay connected and battery drains seconds after charging

Exactly one year and the battery keeps going dead. It says full then as soon as I put it on it will say it lost connection. It happened after the last update. When I called they said sorry we cant help you it's out of warranty your only option is to buy another one. Don't buy this ring until they make improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something to still track my heath, without having to wear a smartwatch, because I love my real watch. The Galaxy Ring is perfectly added to my existing Samsung Galaxy phone ecosystem because it uploads to Samsung Health all the data I need, like Step count, sleep tracking, and daily energy score using Galaxy AI technology. By far the best benefit is not having to charge it every night like a smart watch because it can hold around 5 days worth of charge by itself, plus the little included charging case charges it another 1.5x if you are out traveling for a while. It also looks really great and after over a year of having it, it still looks amazing and only is scratched on the bottom from normal wear. It also doesn't interfere with wearing at the gym with dumbbells or anything I do there. Very pleased.

Every morning, I check my Energy Score in the Samsung Health app. I love being able to check my sleep quality, heart rate variability, and previous day's activity into a single, easy-to-understand number. It is accurate at predicting how I will feel throughout the day. The AI-powered sleep coaching provides personalized, actionable insights that have genuinely helped me improve my nightly rest patterns.
Battery life has been stellar, lasting days on a single charge. The charging case is not only functional but feels like a premium piece of tech jewelry. I would to have case color to choose from in future designs. I also love the gesture controls being able to dismiss an alarm or take a photo with a simple double-pinch gesture feels like living in the future. If I leave my phone behind and the alarm is ringing one simple gesture shuts it down. looove it.
