To be honest.. i even forgot i had it on numeous times. The amountnof information it tracks is unbelievable. In addition to helping me with sleeping patterns and steps it also assists with making a geeat day better for me. [When u get one you see why]

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Tracks every great! Measures my sleep, excercise, and steps. It's basic, but I like the amount of tracking it does for the smaller size vs the smartwatches. It has a good battery life. I'm interested in the next models/ versions that are going to be eventually replacing this one.

But there are no clear indication of battery status
LED patterns were quite different and difficult to understand

I like this ring. It keeps good measures of my heart, sleep, exercise, and whatever else I want to input to it. It fits great and being waterproof was a must! I charge it once a week and wear it 24/7.

Galaxy Ring provides the activity & health monitoring capabilities in a compact form with without being disruptive to other activities I'm focused on at the time. The ring is comfortable, light weight, and after regular wear I don't even realize I'm wearing it. The battery on it is fantastic and charging is simple and fast and can be completed during times when I won't miss any activity.
