Hi, The earphones are great but they should come with a semi card case for travelling (that is how my fist pair snaped) and the charging cable should change to UBB-C or provide use with 2 cables like in the past. Also, it would be great to have some software available to create MP3 files

The pro with a large MP3 storage has no way to jump between folders of music, the only thing you can do is go forward or back 1 song at a time

Bluetooth does not work while swimming

I was unaware that Bluetooth signal cannot travel underwater. I will have to buy an app that converts my Audible audiobooks into mp3s. Not what I was hoping for when I ordered the OpenSWIM. Key word swim.

I am an avid swimmer and have been for the last 6 years. Until I jumped in the pool with my Shokz, I had no idea what I was missing. Makes swimming laps a total different experience, what a game changer…..!

Great device. The exact thing I needed. Being a contractor, working in hospitals, on my back with plumbing and millwork I needed something that I didn’t have to worry about falling out AND that I could wear on both ears all day (and forget they are even there and still have situational awareness. i ended up going back to the open swim - much much better sound! the new bluetooth option is nice but the sound quality was way worse -- so that's a no go for me - the controls were a little harder to feel but i would have learned them if the sound quality had not gone backwards - even the mp3 and waves files sounded worse than the former open swim - i gladly am using the old version at 3 grams heavier -- we will see what the rest of the world says but sound is most important - not connectivity
