I ordered a signal booster. Didn't need a portable charger. I only get one bar in the middle of the city and pay twice as much as Cricket. This service is overrated.

This is a terrible waste of $50! We haven’t even used this yet and I can’t even get the battery to turn on. We bought this is January and it’s August…I wanted to use it for Disneyland but never mind! I don’t have the receipt and I’m reading there is a restocking fee! Verizon, get in touch with me to make this right!

If I can get this battery to turn on, I can’t charge my phone because it burns too hot! This was a waste of money! DO NOT BUY THIS BATTERY!!! I would return it, but there is a $50 restocking fee!

Just enough power to keep me going green a short outage which is rare in jacksonville. I'd rather have the capability of saving my data in lieu of losing everything.

This MagSafe battery pack did better than I expected once I finally got it to charge. I thought it was defective but once I actually used the charging cable that came with it I determined I had a faulty cable on my hands. This stuck well to my MagSafe phone case and charged my 13 pro max from 20% to 80%! I left it alone and didn’t use the phone while it was charging. The battery pack got just warm enough to notice it was warm but didn’t get hot. It is a tad bit bulky but works for the price point.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I occasionally forget to charge my phone overnight. With power pack I can slap in on and head out to work. In a power outage, I can use my phone and occasionally charge my power pack in my car.
