Would like it better if the salesperson had given me the packaging so I could get the warranty on it. Verizon always throws the packaging away. I missed it this time.

This was my first purchase of a "smart phone" and has proven to me that I'm not smart enough to feel comfortable with one. I had a flip phone for15 years and was very comfortable with it
It would be much easier to learn if the manufacturer provided some materials to go with the phone, either, written or on the net, to assist new comers to the basics of using it.

This protector fits well with no bubbles or other distractions. It was installed in the Verizon store by the Verizon salesman. I am disappointed it is not a glass cover, however. My Samsung S10e came with a pre-installed protector that scratcged all to heck. This protector seems better but i already have small scratches. We were told the fingerprint reader cannot read through glass so this might be a fair tradeoff.

Screen protects phone but scratches really easy. My phone is mostly spent in my pocket, not by keys, and it has scratches all over it. Only had it 7 months. Looks horrific.

It works with a front screen fingerprint scanner. It is still smooth like a bare screen. I feel safe putting my phone in my pocket with random stuff, knowing my screen isnt going to get minor scratches. I can tell it is made out of tough, durable, high quality material. I do not think that any of the visual aspects of the screen are lost. Even though it is a shade of blue. The screen looms the same hue as a high quality classroom projector, exceot a touch screen for a phone.
