If you're a Verizon Prepaid customer with an iPhone and only 1 line, you can complete the offer digitally through the My Verizon app or use the invitation you received.*

Here's how to use the invitation:

1. Tap the Get Started link in the invitation email or text on your mobile device.
2. Choose your device specifications, like color and storage.
3. Review and select your new plan (e.g., Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate).
4. Confirm your coverage, costs and added protection plans.
5. Complete the soft credit check and provide delivery details to finalize your order.
   • Soft credit check doesn’t impact your credit score.

*Using the My Verizon app to accept your offer is only available for single-line Verizon Prepaid customers with an Apple iPhone. Android users and Verizon Prepaid customers with multiple lines don’t have access to the offer through the app.

The option to upgrade through the My Verizon app isn't available just yet for Android users and Verizon Prepaid customers with multiple lines. There are other convenient options to claim your offer.

Android and Verizon Prepaid customers with multiple lines, choose from these options:

• Call Us: Tap the Click-to-call feature in your invitation or call 800-579-2843.
• Visit Us: Click Find a store to visit a local Verizon location.

Follow these simple instructions to download and install the My Verizon app on your Android™ or Apple® device.

If the "Get started" link directs you to the My Verizon app homepage instead of the specific offer page, simply look for the special offer "feedcard" located right on your app's home feed. Clicking that card will take you directly to the upgrade offer.

If you are using the digital experience in the My Verizon app, the current device offer will display. Offer details, including eligible phone model, are subject to change.

When you migrate to a standard account, your remaining Prepaid balance is applied as a credit to your new standard monthly account on your new billing statement.
