Verizon Messages - When You're on the Move

Verizon Messages te mantiene conectado con más que un simple texto.

With Glympse, you can easily share your location with friends and family (even if you're on the move). Even better, you can set a Verizon Messages to alert them once you leave or arrive at work or home, so they're not left wondering. For example, if you want to share your location with someone, select their name, tap the plus sign, then the Glympse icon, and select the option to share your location. You can choose a specific time you want to share, and then tap "send Glympse."

Before you decide to meet up with friends, use Yelp to check out places to go, like restaurants or nightlife and get their ratings before you make your choice. From any conversation, tap the plus sign, then Places. Search by type of place, make your selection, and tap Send. You can even get directions without leaving the conversation.

You can schedule a message to be sent at a later time or date by tapping the message you want to schedule. Once in the message, tap the menu in the top right corner, and select Scheduled Messages. Type your message. Hold the Clock icon, and choose a preset delay or scroll up to Later. Choose the time and date for your message to be sent and tap Schedule.

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the conversation screen to get access to driving mode, auto-reply, settings, and to see what’s new with Verizon Messages.

Tap to turn on or off Driving Mode. You can Auto-Reply to alert recipients that you're driving and will get back to them later. You can even sync it with your car's Bluetooth® through the setting menu so it automatically turns on or off.
