However, it lacks some of the key features that enhance the TV viewing experience.

The JBL Authentics 500 uses its built-in Wi-Fi feature to connect with other speakers that have Chromecast, AirPlay, and Alexa MRM via speaker grouping over the same home network. Meanwhile, the JBL Charge 4 has a Connect+ that lets you connect to another speaker with the same feature, such as the JBL Flip 4, JBL Xtreme 2, or the JBL Pulse 3.
