The unit is not black as it states. It is gray. The keyboard works well and securely holds the tablet. It is heavy and very sturdy

I purchased this, sight unseen when I ordered my new iPad. I didn’t realize there are 2 separate pieces that connect magnetically. It is very cumbersome while sitting on the couch, trying to get up with it. If you’re not careful and twist it a little while holding it, it separates itself from the keyboard.

I have difficulty typing on a screen, I'm always hitting the wrong key, This keyboard solves that frustration and it functions as advertised. I would buy again if needed. The keyboard is magnetic with a strong hold and you just cant go wrong with logitech.
