too stiff, unable too easily adjust volume because case too stiff, I cut away that part of case to easily adjust volume. I have ordered another case elsewhere

So sorry to learn about the stiffness you've encountered with those Otter+Pop Symmetry Series buttons. We expect this issue will resolve itself and loosen up after some use though. We definitely don't recommend making alterations to the case, as this can effect the general case structure.
