Shipping via ups. As per ups verizon's shipping policy states a signature is required for all packages. I live in nyc which means we may not always be home to sign for the package. Ups does/doesn't leave the packages. So Ups shipped the package back.

Ordered this online but store gave me wrong item and told me it was my fault

I had to get a new phone and didn’t realize I was going to need all new accessories. I used the Verizon app and ordered another home charger and a car charger. I used the pickup at store as it says it will be ready in a couple hours. It took over 24 hours. An associate helped me get my order and then looked everything over and said it would all work with my phone. Well she was wrong and then when I returned the wrong item the store told me it was my fault and I had to pay more for a totally different item. Really frustrating and not happy with Verizon.
