Hey Mr Hogan, we appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. Without knowing what kind of phone you have been using, we can say this device has a few different sound options. You may be using the hear through sound option that will allow the outside sound rather than the ANC that will block sound from coming in through the buds and potentially disrupting your enjoyment. These buds also have a find my buds feature that will allow you to have them make a chirping sound if lost so long as they still have battery. Your phone is likely up-to-date with the latest software required to use the ear buds, but you can double-check by navigating to Settings>About Phone. Depending on your device model, you may have to also select Software Information from there. -Lauren

When charging this case can you charge it wirelessly or is it wired?

Are these Earbuds able to connect to 2 different devices? Not at the same time.
Hi Alhj2013, that's a great question and the answer is yes. The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro also have Auto Switch, which allows the buds to detect what connection you need and instantly shift to that device. So, when you're watching a movie on your tablet and get a call, Galaxy Buds Pro will switch the audio to your phone and switch back once you hang up. -Edward
