Screen saver is too narrow & distorts screen view. Case is slippery and slides down your hand.

Have had it a few weeks and am not as happy as I was with old phone. Very difficult to learn how to do anything and unsure if it really does do anything. Too many steps to do anything or figure out how to do something.
