Buttons on case do not line up with buttons on phone so volume button gets pressed even when you aren't pressing it.

Openings on side does not line up for volume/power buttons. Can cause volume to change without warning. Cannot comment on performance as we cannot use it.

Verizon is well aware of this case not lining up with this phone model. So they sell it for $5. What they won't tell you is when you push your volume down button the volume will INCREASE. You will have to touch the volume button on your screen to drop volume.

it does not fit the phone good and I cant turn down the volume or screen shot things unless I take it off. The fingerprint doesnt register most of the time because it covers the switch

It did not come with the phone in the original shipment. The only reason I ordered it was so that I could get everything together. I called and you sent me a new one, but you charged me $5. Now that I have the case it doesn't actually fit the phone. The buttons over the volume controls are in the wrong place. It was such a pain to deal with you the first time to get it fixed that I'm just going to order a different case on Amazon.
