Openings on side does not line up for volume/power buttons. Can cause volume to change without warning. Cannot comment on performance as we cannot use it.

Verizon is well aware of this case not lining up with this phone model. So they sell it for $5. What they won't tell you is when you push your volume down button the volume will INCREASE. You will have to touch the volume button on your screen to drop volume.

it does not fit the phone good and I cant turn down the volume or screen shot things unless I take it off. The fingerprint doesnt register most of the time because it covers the switch

It did not come with the phone in the original shipment. The only reason I ordered it was so that I could get everything together. I called and you sent me a new one, but you charged me $5. Now that I have the case it doesn't actually fit the phone. The buttons over the volume controls are in the wrong place. It was such a pain to deal with you the first time to get it fixed that I'm just going to order a different case on Amazon.

Very disappointed that Verizon is sending a case that doesn't fit the A23 5G UW as advertised. Others have already reported this issue and commented before, but Verizon hasn't still corrected the issue and still wasting everyone's time.

Very disappointed in Verizon AGAIN! I ordered this case online, but Verizon's website for customer service and tracking was down for over a week. I finally called customer service to be told the item was delivered. Not to my home! But without notifying us, it was delivered to the post office. Get it home and it doesn't fit the phone. Oh, it goes on…but the power switch does not line up with the opening. That I could live with,BUT THE VOLUME BUTTONS DONT LINE UP AND YOU CANT TURN THE VOLUME DOWN. When you try to turn down volume, it raises the volume. HUGE FAIL! Do NOT buy for Samsung 23 5G UW!
