How am I supposed to use this unless I purchase a compatible cable?? Very poor execution and design. Disappointed to say the least. I expect better from Verizon.

Used a few times over the past few months before breaking. Sounds like others had the same problem based on other reviews. The prongs pushed in and are loose so it can't be plugged in. Pretty sad for a product with a regular price of over $60.

This is an extremely poorly made charger. After a few use, the plug became loose and would not stay plugged in. I tried to get support, but there is no warranty for this piece of junk. So I opened it see where it broke. Internally, all parts were heat welded together but was done poorly. Save your money and buy a different charger.

This broke almost immediately. The plug adapter pushed into the device, leaving it unable to be plugged into an outlet. Also, the USB-C port on the bottom is somewhat misaligned...not enough to keep it from being used, but it shows the level of workmanship that probably led to this being an unusable product. Waaaaay too expensive for this shoddy quality level. And now I'm stuck attempting to return it to Verizon, which is proving pretty difficult I might add.

I cannot recommend this charging block in good conscious due to the fact that it doesn't live up to its claims. It does not charge my Samsung Galaxy S21fe phone at the " super fast " rate. It only registered as being " fast " charging which is unacceptable for a supposed 65w PD Charger.

Very disappointed in this charger! Bought for the purpose of charging my Samsung Galaxy s21fe phone 📱 but it will not charge at the superfast rate that the phone is capable of. I also tried it with my Galaxy S7+ tablet with the same results of only fast charging. There is supposed to be a big difference. I do not recommend.

I got this charger because I like how it plugs in. I'm able to use the outlet behind my couch and run the wire under it. I thought with it being 65W I would get super fast charging but it only does fast charging which is a disappointment.

Not all the devices from Samsung support's the superfast charging. From the Samsung Galaxy S20 the devices are capable of this feature. >Pedro
