Is the battery removable

Is this model have record call option ?

This device doesn’t come standard with the ability to record phone calls, however there are a number of third party apps that have that capability depending on the service provider. Is this model dual sim?
The S20 is not Dual SIM capable with Verizon Wireless. Models that are will be the S21, S22 versions as well as the Note 20. -Loren
