Dylan was so helpful, kind, and positive. He answered all of my questions and easily made corrections to my phone that he knew would be helpful and that I requested. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had in Verizon. Thank you, Dylan!

I was not told to power down the phone on the date of my new plan. I wasted a lot of my time on my day off to resolve this. He should have told me. Verizon should have followed up with an email to confirm this process as well .

Tamer was awesome yesterday. The store was packed. I had a 4p appointment on Sat 1/11/25 and arrived early. He was with a customer, but able to help me as well. He fixed my problem very quickly while helping his other customer as well. He was great.
